The chocolate developed by Liliane is simply fantastic! I love dark chocolate, and the one from Raizes Chocolate Makers has perfect flavour, acidity, and texture. Furthermore, it is done in an artisanal, careful way, respecting the cultivation, production, and trade of the nuts used. These cocoa nuts are originate from my home country, coming directly from the Amazon in Brazil. Raizes chocolates are great for both personal consumption and gift giving. :)
